POLY CITY SERVICES manages rental properties on behalf of property owners — from finding and onboarding tenants to collecting rent, handling repairs and sending a clear monthly statement.
About us
POLY CITY SERVICES is a Kuala Lumpur property management business, registered with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) since 2017. We look after rental units for property owners, including whole-unit rentals and room rentals, and act as the day-to-day contact for their tenants. Our team supports tenants and owners in English and Chinese.
What we do
Tenant onboarding
Tenancy agreements, move-in check, keys handover and meter readings.
Rent collection
Monthly invoicing, payment tracking and reminders to tenants.
Utilities
Electricity, water, sewerage and internet bills tracked and allocated to the right party.
Maintenance
Repair requests logged, contractors arranged and costs reported to the owner.
Owner statements
A monthly statement of rent received, expenses and the net amount paid to the owner.
Move-out
Unit inspection, final utility readings and deposit settlement.

For tenants
Paying rent
- Pay by bank transfer to the company account stated in your tenancy agreement and invoice.
- Send the payment slip to us on WhatsApp.
- We confirm and send your receipt.
Reporting a repair
- WhatsApp us what is wrong and which room or appliance.
- Attach photos or a short video.
- Tell us when you are at home so we can arrange a visit.
Moving out
- Give notice as set out in your tenancy agreement.
- We arrange a move-out inspection and final meter readings.
- Your deposit is settled after the final bills.
We only accept rent into the company account. We will never ask you to pay into a personal account.
