This website gives general information about our property management services. It is not an offer of any specific unit, and nothing on it forms part of a tenancy agreement or management agreement.

2. Tenancy and management agreements

Rent, deposits, fees, repairs and notice periods are governed by the signed tenancy agreement or owner management agreement. If anything on this website differs from your signed agreement, the agreement applies.

3. Payments

We only accept payments into the company bank account stated in your agreement or invoice. We will never ask you to pay into a personal account. If you receive such a request, contact us before paying.

4. Messages and automated replies

When you message us on WhatsApp, some replies may be generated with the help of automated tools. Matters involving money, disputes or exceptions are handled by our team.

5. Liability

We try to keep the information on this website accurate, but it is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from use of this website.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
